1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Jeevan Saathi AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Advice

Important: Jeevan Saathi AI is an informational and companionship tool. It is NOT a substitute for:

  • Licensed medical or mental health professionals
  • Qualified legal counsel
  • Certified financial advisors
  • Professional astrologers

For emergencies, contact iCall (9152987821), Vandrevala Foundation (1860-2662-345), or your local emergency services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Plans & Payments

  • Mitri (Free): 3 AI messages per day. No payment required.
  • Saathi (₹99/month): 50 AI messages per day, all features.
  • Parivar (₹249/month): 100 AI messages per day, all features.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Plans are billed monthly and expire after 30 days. We do not offer automatic renewals at this time — you must repurchase to continue paid access.

Refunds: Requests within 24 hours of purchase will be honoured if fewer than 10 AI messages were used. Contact mynkdac@gmail.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the API.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.

6. User Content

You own your conversations and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jeevan Saathi AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
